Jacksonville is a massive city where the common question asked by visitors is "what is there to do here?" Being raised and living here for over 20 years, I have some interesting concepts on what both of us could enjoy recreationally if the pressure of deciding for yourself is too much. I always love getting the opportunity to do something new and witness my partner having a unique experience to share with me. So with that in mind, here are a few of my favorite spots or points of great interest around town:
FOR THE HUNGRY
I am a long term pescatarian that follows one day a week of veganism. All of the restaurants below are flexible or favorable to my diet, and I promise that they're all highly reputable and worth the dine-in experience. We will dine like the kings and queens before us.

FOR THE THIRSTY
I am a slight wine connoisseur and love a good tasting or distillery that I happen to discover during my ventures. If food isn't on the brain, but you'd like to get some gratifying adult beverages in your system, may I suggest these places?

FOR THE INQUISITVE
There is nothing more fun than a day or night trip to someplace where you can learn something from. All of these destinations are happy places for those with a love of history, culture, and/or humanitarianism.
These venues delight me so much, that if you donate to support any of these facilities and show me the invoice, I will happily reduce the expected patronage of your date by 15%.

The Cummer Museum - Art Museum - Riverside, Jacksonville
The Catty Shack Ranch - Wildlife Refuge - Northside, Jacksonville

FOR THE FREAKS
(COME OUT AT NIGHT)
Yes, the nightlife in Jax isn't the biggest and most versatile compared to other cities, but that doesn't mean that nothing can be done on a night out into town, as there is still plenty of entertainment if you look in the right places. These spots are excellent mood setters if music and a wonderful atmosphere to let your boundaries loose are within your taste.
Feel free to ask me about the gentlemen's clubs. As someone in the industry, I do enjoy giving mutual support to my fellow exotic dancers.
